About Us
MKA Capital Group Advisors, LLC (“MKA or the “Company”), established in 1988, was a private investment management company headquartered in Newport Beach, California. The Company specialized in managing funds which provided senior and junior secured debt financing to real estate developers based in the Western United States particularly in California.
MKA currently manages millions of dollars in assets on behalf of nearly 700 institutional and accredited individual investors. These assets are invested primarily through three funds.
In addition to MKA’s investment management capabilities, the Company has partnered with an established real estate development, construction and management company (“DEVCO”) to assist with its asset management activities. DEVCO provides MKA with its own unique in-house real estate development, entitlement, and property management expertise, which enhances the Company’s potential for maximizing its investment yields.
