MKA Capital Group Advisors, LLC ("MKA" or the "Company"), established in 1988, is a private investment management company headquartered in Newport Beach, California. The Company specializes in providing senior and junior secured debt financing to real estate developers based in the Western United States - particularly in California.

MKA currently manages approximately $448 million in total assets on behalf of nearly 700 institutional and accredited individual investors. These assets are invested primarily through three funds:

• MKA Real Estate Opportunity Fund I, LLC (the "Opportunity Fund" or the "Fund") with $216 million in assets
  
  
• MKA Real Estate Qualified Fund I, LLC (the "Qualified Fund") with $90 million in assets
  
  
• MKA Real Estate Opportunity Fund, Ltd. (the "Offshore Fund") with $142 million in assets

In addition to MKA's investment management capabilities, the Company has partnered with an established real estate development and construction management company ("DCC") to assist with its loan origination, underwriting, and asset management activities. DCC provides MKA with its own unique in-house real estate development, entitlement, and property management expertise, which enhances the Company's potential for maximizing its investment yields.
